I have noticed that only one "How'd they do that" by GeneralE has been posted during 2011 and no Tutorials since 2010. Unless there is something, I am missing.

Has the site stopped members from posting to the lean section?

I find a great deal of wealth when reading or listening to members on how they achieved a shot or processing. We have some of the best photographers here and I would love to see more posted to the learn section. Maybe one day I will find myself with the skill and knowledge, some of you have and I will be able to post.

People need to submit their articles to Langdon for posting -- apparently no one has had an idea for a tutorial, or wanted to know how someone "did that" recently.

You can submit text and links to pictures to him via Help > Contact Us > Administrative Inquiry.

AFAIK you still get a month's membership extension or a $5 credit at DPC prints if you submit an article which gets posted.
