I'm assuming that you want some feedback on this.
While it is blue and would meet the challenge and is technically executed well, it's just not very interesting visually. The subject is dead center, which works in some cases, but definitely not here. If there was a child's hand on it, or the shot was MUCH wider, showing an empty beach, with this obviously left behind, that might help, but this is just, well, blah.
