For the last two summers I've worked for Wilderness Ventures, a company that runs outdoor experience trips for teenagers. At the end of the summer they send out a collection of the photos from the trip to each of the participants and they also run a photo contest for the trip with the best photos. In the past their full time staff did the voting, but this year they've opened up the voting on Facebook to see which album gets the most 'likes'. Two years ago I didn't take a great camera, but this year I had my SLR with me and got some really fun shots. If we win, all the participants get a custom photo book and some cool branded clothing!
