LOL!!! I did get a photo of someone falling but it is not that good. The player that is falling is blocked by a few people. If you would like I can post it. Lol.
You have some good stuff here, and some "meh" shots. To my mind the best shots answer the questions what did they do (dunk) who did it (#24) how did they react (nice expression and you gotta love the tension in the left hand) and where did it happen(in this case seemingly in a gym full of disused equipment). is much better at the where it happened question, but his number is hidden and the lamp shining through the net is distracting. Getting all the good stuff (plus some opponents and their reactions) into the shot, and keeping all the bad stuff out of the frame is a huge challenge. Any shot that doesn't have the ball at a moment of transition (shooting, passing, ect., you know the old "decisive moment") falls into the "Meh" catagory.
My favorite sports shooter is Dave Black, who's web postings are a mix of shilling his sponsor's products (you gotta pay the bills) and brilliant insights into being in the right position to get the perfect sports moment. He seems to place himself so the background and the light are perfect, and wait for the action to enter that place.
I don't mean to knock the shots you posted, they are good, but perfection is the goal, right?
