Looking at his posts, it looks like the guar gum goes in the bowl, and the jet dry in the dropper. The guar gum would make the water thicker in the bowl, and the jet dry would reduce the surface tension of the drops, which make make for a cleaner release of the drop.
I'm thinking glycerin in the bowl, might be effective as well. Adding glycerine to soap solution makes for bigger, more stable, soap bubbles.
