Wow, that's a $4,500 hole in her roof? I wish I had clients who paid like that. I just hope it isn't my lens coming home from being serviced in New Jersey.
i was thinking the same thing. i had severe water damage a bedroom in my old home, needed new dryall, paint, carpet, windows, roofing, tyvek under the siding and the insurance estimated $3500.
