I had noticed it as well, but I have recently had issues with my cable connection running at 300-400 Kbps when I should be getting at least 7Mbps, so I figured it was the ISP.
No, you're not the only one. It started slowing down for me late evening yesterday. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing it at the moment because it also eliminates my connection.

I lost my internet for 5 days after Irene so I also thought there were still some issues being worked out.
While commenting Free Studies yesterday, I kept having to refresh the page (sometimes several times) in order for images to load. Same with some forums.
I voted the Free Study yesterday, and it was moving like molasses in January at times. Crazy slow. Other sites, on other tabs in the same browser window loaded snappily, so definitely the DPC servers.
