I was starting to use Prostockmaster. I've downloaded and installed it. tested it in a couple of files (more do edit the metadata rather than to be a uploading tool although is a welcome feature).

The next day when I try to start the program an error messagem saying: "Application Failed: prostockmarter.properties (access denied"

I've unistalled it and reistaleed again and the same thing happens.

Any thoughts how to resolve this issue?

Any other programs you can recommend, specially to edit the metadata?

Whenever I've had a problem with the software, I've contacted David. Go to this page contact link and his email address is at the bottom. It doesn't look like a lot of updates to the page have been made so I'm not sure how fast you will get an answer. But he's always sent me a response. Good luck!

I'm afraid I don't have any input on ProSockMaster. I do use Sockpro, which I assume is similar. I find they are very effective and reasonably priced.

heh! I opened this thread first because I wanted to know more about socks. And now I think I've learned a little too much :)

Alternatives to ProStockMaster would be:
- CushyStock //www.cushystock.com/ (looks like this website is down in the moment)
- Stock Photo Express //www.stockphotoexpress.info/
- //lightburner.com/ (for the upload process)
