cause three people have chosen me as a fave photographer in the last three days. Not sure why as my scores have been very flat lately and I haven't participated much in the threads or commenting. Guess I should be happy about it! Up to 22 peeps picking me as a fave now!

Michigan is the state that looks like a mitten. I always tell people that if you wanna know where I live, look at your right hand. Point at the center of your palm. Go down a half an inch... that's me!

We have them here too. Just not as often, or as tragedous. And we only get one at a time, not one after another like down south and west...

Yes, he is...Dallas (well, Plano, I think, but Dallas all the same). I'm about 45 miles NE of Dallas. It has been around 100 a couple of times this week already, but today it was just 95. A cool snap!

I live in Australia where our summer gets to about 44 (111.1) it is only usually like that a couple of days. It is usually in the 30's (90's). I cant stand summer at all. It is winter here at the moment and I love it. :o)

I guess then if one was looking at the palm of their right hand and went up to the tip of their pinkie; that would be where I was born. Have you been up Petoskey way? I haven't been back to MI since the great winter storm of '71 or '72 can't remember.
