TEAM SIGNUP FORM your team does NOT have to be complete to signup. However, it does need to be on of the first 16 teams completed to participate in the WPL. LIST OF TEAMS THAT HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE WPL teams in green are considered complete, all other are not complete.
After seeing that the site may not run DPL for a while I decided to set up the original WPL using Excel 2007.
If anyone is interested and would like to participate let me know and I can run a season.
Here's the setup
2 Leagues
2 Conferences per league
4 Teams per Conference
7 Photographers per team with a Minimum of 5.
The teams score will be the four top scores divided by 4.
If a photographer enters more than two challenges that week only his or her top score will count toward the teams score.
If the team fails to get four scores in any week, the actual number of photographers scores ( one per photographer) will be divided by four. So make sure at least four of your teammates enter each weak.
10 week season divided into two half's. With a two week break in the middle. First half will be five weeks, two weeks off, second half will be five weeks.
Announcing the possibility of the WPL today to see if there are interest.
If so we would be looking at starting the season on Sunday, August 28 at midnight. Giving us time to discuss any issues and for teams to have time to pick there photographers.
Each team can have up to seven players/photographers. The photographers can be members or registered users. No score caps or limits; teams can pick who the wish as long as the photographer they pick is willing to participate and be on the team.
The regular weekly challenge will count toward the WPL. NO Free Studies or extra challenges. Sundays and Thursdays Members along with Tuesdays Registered Users Challenge.
Just let me know if anyone is interested, have any questions. Let's discuss!
I will be in-and-out today so feel free to stat the he discussion, post questions and I will reply as soon as I can.
I'm in for this. You do realize it overlaps with the resurrection of the knockout challenge, though? No reason they can't coexist, but spreading it out a little might be good.
