Is that Corel Photopaint or Ability Photopaint?
I don't know of a specific formula to convert from a tungsten white balance to a normal daylight white balance, BUT...
if Photopaint (whatever version you have) offers a Levels or a Curves command, then you may be in luck. Generally, on the Levels screens of most image editors you will see three "Picker" or "Swatch" icons-- one is black, one is grey, and one is white. Choose the grey one, and then go to your image and click on something (ANYTHING!) that is supposed to be neutral grey-- no matter how light or dark that shade of grey is supposed to be. This will automatically remove a significant portion of the color cast for you.
