Google+ agreement explained.

Saw a thread a while back with someone saying that google is stealing the rights to your pictures if you post them on Google+, and some people decided to not put their pictures there because of that. Well, it's not really true, and you can all be calm and show your stuff to your friends.

why the hell don't they just say that in the first place, why the need for all the legal mumbo jumbo?
