Well, he sums up that experience quite nicely.. It is really a joy to go out and capture those moments, bit sad what compelled him to finally print, but.. Nice that he did it and shared the work.
What's even sadder is that he's right about not being able to do this in 20 years.. People just are getting jumpy about everything, it was just two days ago in Hartford, I was sitting in a teahouse eating a nice sandwich when a woman walked in, and started describing to her friend who she was meeting that some random guy just took her picture in the street, and that she's "Not even that pretty".. And she was genuinely freaked out... I almost tried to talk to her about street photography, but frankly she seemed mildly irrational so I simply avoided the whole thing.. Still feel a little bad for not talking to her, but... It simply was not the day for such things for me.
