I just got back from my sister-in-law's wedding, where I was the "official" photographer. I shot over 800 pics, so 2 or 3 are bound to be acceptable. I think that's the most photos I have ever shot in a week with nothing to show for a challenge entry.
EDITED to take that last little snippet out. My score has nosedived more in the past hour than in the last 4 days. Hmm...
I took mine yesterday and posted it already. Have to do housework, yuck, but keep logging on to see what's up and look at my entry, say a little prayer that it gets a better score than my last several entries got, wonder if I should pull it, say another prayer, log out, look at the house, log back in......It's just a vicious cycle.
I know it sure is quiet here...I wasn't inspired but the balance challenge so I'm sitting it out...as for what I have been doing...well I just did a Critique and now well time to look at the forums...after that maybe I will will do a few more critiques...who knows...i really have no life tonight...
Well today is the two month anniversary since the last challenge I entered. Besides being busy with software development work (which can be as "consuming" as photography), I am dying to get a new camera; I wish that Canon would put out a Digital Rebel II already, and make it a bit smaller. Or I would love the Pro 1 or Minolta A2 without the noisy 8 MPixel sensor that whole crop of cameras uses.

Well, I'm not exactly a social butterfly. I don't drink, avoid dancing, and these are, after all, in-laws and a new family I've never met. So even if I weren't the official photographer, I'd be shooting photos anyway. It gives me something to do. For last few weddings I've attended, my "challenge" was to get the newlyweds to complain to their paid photographer that his photos weren't as good as my freebies. Ain't I a stinker? ;-)
