That's a good, straight-forward explanation, with plenty of good visuals. The examples shown are really good. The only point I'd add is that many cameras, by default, show only a luminosity histogram, and that's what they show when they refer to the camera histogram. Most newer cameras *do* have the option of showing an RB histogram, which is more informative. It will show you when one channel is blown, which is very important. I *always* recommend that folks enable that option, and learn to really use the histogram on the camera.
