Yes... GLOBAL PLANKING DAY!!!!!!!! Me and a friend of mine are going out today to practice up and take pictures so that we can have AN EPIC DAY OF PLANKING!!! :D
Planking <-- for anyone who does not know what planking is.
Went out for an hours worth of planking today. Got some funny looks and some SERIOUSLY funny shots!
As soon as I get the photos up onto my own laptop I will post them.. Photos are however on my Facebook. Anyone who wants to add me is more than welcome.
I really do think this should be a speed challenge on planking day. It's not inherently dangerous. Unless you're really stupid, the worst that will happen is that you pull some back or stomach, muscles. :)
