I own a iPhone 3Gs and even though the camera is a rather simple one it does the job when needed.
However, the question here is: I have purchased an application named Hipstamatic where you can swap some lenses and film for several nice effects. The software overwrites the EXIF and after downloading the picture on the computer will get something like this:
