If a .jpg has been "touched" by a program like Lightroom, or Photoshop, etc., that renders it invalid as an original for our purposes. If you shot it in RAW, that's the file we need... otherwise, we need to have the unaltered original, exactly as it came from the camera. Like others have said, if you still have the shot on your card, copy it right from the card without using an intermediate program to transfer the file. |
