Only for iPhone, at this point. Camera+ website. So far, this app is better than any other camera app I've had for my iPhone.
I like Camera+ mostly for the control it gives. It crashes when trying to upload images directly from the app, so I have to first save them to the phone's photo directory and then upload from there. Camera Bag is another good app to check out.
