Congratulations to him. It must be nice for such an ambitious project to be getting recognition. On the other hand considering his ability to understand and manipulate light that he has shown in the past, he didn't do himself any favors with the way he was lit for the interview. Come on dude, if you are going for publicity, you gotta make yourself look pretty! ;)
Sounds like Terje took a page from Tome Lowe at Timescapes. I really like the incorporation of camera movement into the time lapse video. It brings a very real sense of depth to the scene without need to resort to explicit 3D technology.
