How do you get rid of all the dust specks off an object ? Or better still what I should be asking is I submit a photo and it has specks of dust on the wheels, would you consider that tacky ?

I certainly wouldn't have a problem with it, but if it bothers you it is an advanced editing challenge, so you could clone the dust out.
