I just looked at the first link. At least she says that they are collected pictures -- and it doesn't appear she's claiming them for her own. However, the copyright reuse prohibited message over each one is a little ridiculous since she broke that rule.

Nope. But they paid me for them. :) But you notice I wrote "isn't profiting from them". That would be a whole different ballgame from some guy saying, "hey, this is a neat picture!".

One of mine has been posted. I do see that he has my name on it, but he never asked. I sent him an email asking him to take it down. We will see what happens.

Oh yeah, I never said it wasn't. I'm just offering my experience that running around trying to stop this activity is like trying to hold back the tide. Your results may vary.
