I had an idea, I took a few shots, looked good on the camera first, then I put everything away, and realized AF was off and everything actually came out very blurry... sooo, I went plan B, I thought I did good, however, my thoughts are dead already at 10th vote. Lat 20 minutes work, but at least it is still in 5s :P
I'm having a hard time voting on these. I didn't enter for the same reason. So many have no face and to me that is what a portrait is. I guess a stretch is to get someone's essence. Hmmmmmm This is a toughy for me.

I actually thought thats what the challenge was abour. no faces. thats why they made it from behind. the challenging part being how do you get the essence wihtout the face. though it sounds like i'm in the minority on this description. (typing this on my kindle, so not bothering to capitalize.

a bunch of great pictures...one just blew me away...
was in the 4's last night. Funny how you are glad to see a 5.3. I'm still scratching my head on this one. Usually I know how I missed the mark but I'm puzzled with this one.
Managed to move up to a 6 over night. Doesn't look like it will hold though.
I think the high 6 people should come out of the woodwork and post their scores. There is bound to be some, in my opinion the shots in this challenge are pretty awesome
