Oh, yes! Spot-on editing for this particular image. For many images, that would be seriously overcooked, but it's just right here.

Agreed, this edit has much better pop, but I think someone suggested editing out the wooden pole on the left, and I would second that; it adds nothing and pulls the eye out of the frame.
