Perfectly happy with my entry, but this was the original shot, which went 0 for 3.
Strike one: Time had changed here in Europe, so camera recorded it at after 5.
Strike two: Changed camera to automatically recognize daylight savings time, shot again, time recorded was then after 6 (should have checked this before I went out to shoot again).
Strike three: Finally get the clock straight and get shot, although don't wait for motion activated lights to go off so missed the whole point of the shot in the first place (gloomy staircase with just bookcases illuminated). AND time of shot is 5:03.
So I went with one I snapped outside our room on the way down to the stairs. Also, the original plan was to go out on the street, but we were staying at a small hotel and I felt bad about waking the desk guy to be let back in, so I didn't.

Hate being my own model, had thought I got away from that!!!
I used my crappy outside shot on my corner, my foot hurt too much to go far.
I actually work with my camera for money, and DP makes me think I am a fool to try.
Even if I do suck as bad as you all say, I'm not sure I should know it! (thanks for the fish)
