My entry did well, but had a mixed reception. I love the photo - perhaps partly because it was such a magical experience watching the fallow deer. Perhaps one of the others might have done a tad better, but nonetheless pleased with my finish.

Mine was a little more tame, but I went up to Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge -- best known for its wild ponies. I'd driven through once before, but didn't have the opportunity to take many pictures. I'm looking forward to going back in December -- I guess that's when the big migration goes through.
