hmm.. you seem off a little. i don't have much time on my hands.. and it was shot in the kitchen...

actually i set up the camera and the lighting, and let my other half snap away.
st-e2 controlling one flash under the chair i am sitting on - pointing sort of into the corner of the room ( red walls ).
2nd flash bouncing off umbrella to camera left.
 ......
