I realy realy wanted to submit this photo to the challenge, but got "cold feet"
I know I would score very very low, but tell me would you have laughed?
Well if I had submitted it then I would not care about the score, but decided to be a bit mature (that's very difficult for me, I'm only 34), and send in a different photo....
i would have laughed but I would have given lower scores to some of the others :)

I passed on entering this challenge and may skip voting as well, not to hurt anyone's feelings but in my opinion there is a ton of ordinary subject matter shots in this challenge. Some very nice shots but nothing that says "Wow" to me. Ok a handful, of "I don't see that everyday" stuff.
This may have hung right around the middle of the pack me.
Philos, be careful with this kind of stuff. When you leave interpretaion to the viewer it could be mistaken for art...
There's another version - "Polar bear eating marshmallows in the snow" - it's solid white..
And yes I would have laughed as I scored it pretty low. But it comes closer to meeting the challenge than a "studio portrait of a person" disgused as an outdoor shot of a dog.....
Well, extraordinary is a difficult item...
It's not realy something you can get a hold on...
When tourist come to Holland (where I live) for instance, they are amazed by the mill's here they all go to the "Keukenhof" to see the flowers (Tulips mostly) and all think that's extraordinary. I think it nothing.
But, I must say, I expected to see more realy extraordinary photo's....
Holland Eh? Good luck with the soccer (football) game against Portugal today. I bet $20 on that game because I am half Dutch. I live in Canada but my dad is from Holland.

You don't see an 84" monitor and a wireless keyboard/Mouse with a 30' range everyday.
Personally i don't care for the border. i think a gun-metal grey would have been more appropriate. i would add more, but i have to go a re-calibrate my monitor...
