I'm taking the family on a Disney cruise this coming week. We are driving from MO to Cape Canaveral FL and boarding the cruise there. When we get back we are spending one day at Kennedy Space Center, and then headed back. is there anything else in that area that we need to make sure we don't miss?

matt, i'll email you through fb later. we've spent a fair amount of time on the big red boat.

fwiw, daytona's only an hour or so up the road and they have a TON of stuff at the track...

If you are into NASCAR you would like going to the track(been there). St. Augustine is nice, there is Castillo de San Marcos(been here), Ponce de Leon's fountain of youth, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse(been here).

Yes, St. Augustine...at the fort they have a tour...be sure to take that...they have people dressed up in periodic costume and they fire the cannons I think once an hour on the hour from about 10 am to 2 pm...ck out their website for more info...

absolutely one of the very best places to stop at for a day!!!

Thanks everyone. Will look at all the places suggested. We are heading out in about 6 hours so I better get some sleep! I love vacations!
