i was on a trip to florida and went to this one restaurant that was in a new beach side community and i saw this sign and couldnt resist. the picture ended up coming out really good even though i just took it as a quick snapshot.

if you could make the picture bigger, that would help out a lot.
nice picture, though. I wonder how strictly that was enforced. what is the fine if you are going 18mph? hehe

I'm sure it is like everywhere else, they give you 3/4 mph over.

I suspect it was a Solomonic compromise between pedestrians who wanted 10 or 15, and drivers who wanted 20 or 25.
