This will explain it I think. The Rube Goldberg contraptions and a web page are being triggered at the same instant. Chrome is loading as fast as the potato gun is shooting that potato, etc etc.
Unless every time you try to load a youtube video (on either Chrome or IE), your computer locks up to the point it must be restarted by turning it off then back on.... Grrr... Can't even get to task manager when this happens, and lately it is with every video I try to play. So no more videos, eh?
