That was the only thing I could identify, too, but since the expenses associated with the box were certainly in the past by the time the box, filled with whatever, reached the store, past tense seems appropriate.
Perhaps, then, ambiguous at worst.
And this is aside from the questionable wisdom of asking minimum-wage workers to worry about 75-cent costs to a ridiculously huge and profitable corporation.
I'm glad they came out with a wireless version. That long cord was really getting to be a hassle.
