that is not true. all you need is a camera.
just last weekend, i met a woman in a cave (i'm not making this up...it was a tour) and she commented on my 16-35 lens, complaining that she couldn't find lenses for her canon anywhere. she wanted to know where i bought mine, because she just couldn't find them, not at best buy, now anywhere. then she asked if i was a professional. when i said yes, she informed me that she "had shot a couple weddings, too! and some family reunions! and a birthday party!" i'm quite sure she didn't have any insurance, which proves all you need to shoot a wedding is a Rebel XTi with a kit lens. |
