Seems to be sporadic. Works for a few moments then bogs down. Anybody else having the same issue? Also the last few days the font has changed. I didn't change anything on my browser, but don't know why this is.
I was just about ready to do a disc cleanup and see if I needed to do a defrag to my desktop. Glad to know it's not just me. Not any happier about it though. Ok I guess I'll go edit some pix :/
Isn't it Strikeslip who has some of those thing-a-ma-gidjets that makes things run faster? I know he's offered them before, so maybe he will offer them again.

Text works, pictures not so much. I haven't been able to view pictures this evening at all. Bummer, seeing as how this is a picture-based site and all! Hope it gets sorted.
yeah...slower earlier....maybe there's alot of traffic like facebook..I usually never have any problems...I had dial up when I first joined, trying to get a picture in near rollover was almost impossible.
I'm at work and we're having major network issues here this morning, I figured it was down to that, good to know that at least our internet connection is OK and it's just DPC!
I know what it is. On the news the other day...they said that we were going to have a major radiation storm from the sun....They also said that it would affect communication...i.e. internet, phone, tv, etc.
For me DPC was completely down for about half an hour. I couldn't even reach the site, while everything else worked perfectly. Am I the only one that happened to?
Right now it was working ok, and I even got some voting in without having to painfully wait for the picture to load.
Hopefully, whatever the problem is will be sorted out soon
