Yes, I usually don't upload exclusive. I believe that not all agency have the same buyers. Some buyers may only work with one agency. Some buyers like one price model better then the other. So I think if I wouldn't upload the image to all of them, then I would loos some sales.
Some agencies do give you a better royalty if you are exclusive, but I am not doing well enough with iStockphoto or Dreamstime so that I even would think about it.
