"You can self-DQ a photo if you don't like your score, your model changes their mind, or any other reason (or no reason) except for a rules violation -- your photo must be completely legal for the challenge or it will be a "regular" DQ. As mentioned, you cannot self-DQ if you already have any kind of DQ in your past 25 entries. The main difference is that self-DQs are not displayed at the end of the challenge results"

Is the problem your signature on it? If that's the case its a regular DQ and not a Self DQ

Bah, I think he should take it further and just go ahead and post a thumbnail and link :) Give SC a choice on their reason to DQ..

All kidding aside, I'm really sorry to hear this Giorgio, I'm sure it's a wonderful image.. On the upside, most of the best photographers here have at least one DQ.

No, you won't need to wait until the end of the challenge, and unfortunately, no it will never be deleted.. You'll just get a fancy pink banner on your image in your entry history.
