Take it easy girl! They're telling you one of two things: 1: They're shocked and are joking about.. 2. They think your image is just boring in general, and they are trying to do 100% commenting (it's a cool journey, although we try not to do things like "no comment"..)..
Instead of reading "No Comment", I would try reading that as "I can't really find much to say, thanks for sharing"..

It's also possible they figure you've already been told the exact same (obvious) thing they were going to say, four or five times perhaps... It's even possible that their first language isn't English... Who knows ;) Assume the best, unless it is proven otherwise.. :)
The vote doesnt matter... and they are a new new person... i dunno it just rubbed me wrong.. but ur right I shouldnt take offense.

Cory has it right - assume the best intentions. Perhaps your commenter is new here and doesn't realize that you can advance through the picture queue using the arrow buttons if not also casting a vote.
