I don't care for the san serrif font you have chosen for you body text. The all important web address of rris is difficult to read at this larger than life size and without serrifs the repeating r is easy to muddle with the i. Even with perfect printing, its going to be a challenge to read at life size, even with perfect vision.
Do you ever get a phone message where a caller speaks clearly and slowly until they get to their contact information, then because they know their phone number so well, they go into warp speed? To decipher the number you have to listen to the message several times to get the only information the is really new and essential. Typographically that is what you have done here.
The leading is too tight, the font is too stylized. Be creative with the big text, with the small stuff that you need them to know, make it clear enough that it can be read at least as well as a newspaper. Times Roman is not popular because it looks cool, but because it is highly legible. |
