It needn't be city. It could be any collective locality where you live (unless until you live in an island alone)
I'm kind of thrilled to see it for the first time during a tenure of 7 years that a challenge suggested by me has finally come out as a challenge.
That is my concern...not everyone reads the challenge description...and even less read the threads about it. So for us rural members...we are going to have a higher ratio DNMC then you city dwellers. That sux! Talk about descrimination. ;P
This really is no different than one of the current challenges:
"Artists sometimes work in more than one medium. Show .. [more] what else you do... sketches, paintings, sculptures, etc."
I don't have any other medium, so I'm skipping this one. I suppose I could make something up, but it's not likely to be believable.
