Ok I have a yellow lab....(some of her pictures on my portfolio)...and just like all dogs she likes to ride in my truck. To be honest, she likes to ride in the back of my truck. Anyway, I have been worried for awhile that she would get something in her eye going down the road. Yesterday I found some Doggles at Petsmart. It took me like 30 - 45 min to get them on and adjusted properly (she was fighting the whole time). Once she figured out that the wind was not in her eyes and she wasn't gettin crap in her eyes she has now decided that she likes them while in the back of the truck. I pulled in for gas at a place and 2 people came up saying that was the coolest dog in town with her sunglasses on. One girl even took a pic with her cell phone. Now all I need is a big long white scarf and I will have to change her name from Dixie to Snoopy. I will post pics as soon as I can get her used to them. At the moment she won't stay still enough for me to take a pic.
Can't wait to meet Dixie and see here in her Doggles. How funny. Makes sense and I can see why she would like them. We need to plan another meet up so that I can take my camera too.
Doggles sounds like what canines that really need to urinate very badly do inside the house, 5 minutees before you get home to let them out....which is why I have cats...
I have a pair of doggles that my mini schnauzer Waldo wears. They protect his eyes when he sticks his head out the window of the car, which he loves to do. He also looks good in them. :D
