I am still using on occasion my little Pentax EI-100. However, I have no understanding of how I can get necessary image information from it (aperture, shutter speed, etc). It is a really minimalist camera, after all.

I'm still unsure how that will help as I cannot get from the camera the information on f-stop, shutter speed, etc. etc. So, I would be listing no data!
"As you shoot". Frame 1, Fstop ___, Shutter ____, etc. You are the recorder, not the camera. This is what I had to do before because my camera did not record or export Exif data, either.

My apologies for not being clear. I do not know where this information is to be found AT ALL on my camera, so whether I record it on a pad or whether I store it in software is immaterial.

If that's a very old, inexpnsive camera, those values may be fixed. Maybe search the Pentax website for a spec sheet?
Sorry, Jak. It was late and the kids had already sent me over the edge. I guess I assumed you could set f-stops and aperature. I had a similar question not long ago that jmsetzler helped me with: "Read your manual, Karen". OHHHHH! There's the ISO setting! Hope you had luck finding the specs.
