Normally I would whine about how poorly my entry is doing but right now I'm really happy to be so close to a 6. Technically, it was above 6 last night but has been settling down a bit which is perfectly normal.
My score is sinking. But I'm still happy. First time I've had more than one favorite picked during a challenge. Thank you.

I loved my entry. I knew it wouldn't get great scores due to the type of photo it is...but I just fell in love with the image and had to enter it. Considering the type of photo...excellent score. [/url]
The first of the two comments was a positive one from Jacko (along with a very nice score). Considering the competition on this one, I am quite pleased.
All 6 comments are fabulous and positive...and four of them are really more about my entry being different than the rest...which is exactly what I was going for. ;o)
Well my entry finally topped 6, but it left claw marks all over the fives on the way up. I expected to do better, but a last-minute mistake probably cost me .50 or so.
Well, my shot is doing slightly better than I thought. As things stand it will take my average for 7 challenges over 5.xxx and remove my Fire Water submission from my profile page :)
Most comments include the title, it fits the challenge well and is humorous :)
Its been suggested already but would really like to see a percentile average on my profile page. Next target is an average of 5.5xxx by Xmas.
All four comments are very positive, so I am pleased. Especially pleased since this is not really a macro (I don't have the equipment to do a true macro), and it is my first serious attempt to get up close and personal with something.
My comments have all been very good, so I don't really mind the low score. I did have high hopes for the picture, but apparently my genius won't be appreciated until I'm dead.
