I thought that mine would do a little better, but I have had all nice comments, and I am learning! One funny thing that people always seem to say is that it could be sharper??? I went for mood, and have a little motion blur(on purpose),??? I will get it right one of these days, just my second entry!
A little disappointed, because I am really proud of the photo I've submitted, but I'll get over it. I have five very positive comments from photographers whose I work I admire and respect, so that holds more worth for me. :o)
Well: I have been sent down the basement with this one: To offset my loss I will vote high on most of the entries, which are very good, indeed. This is what took place in my case.
I can swear, or am I senile, that the original rules did not include the extra twist of adding text. I did not see it and went ahead and did my artwork and the moment I went to upload my entry, I see the addition of text allowed. Ah, what to do? So I forced text on my image, which did not even allow for this possibility. Had I not been suffering from my senility, I would have done it different. Since I had other engagements I put up my patched up work. So if you should identify it, please give an extra low mark to wake me up to read instructions carefully. My loss is your gain. dan
