Turns out I have LR 5 as a standalone on my desktop. Is it another $9.99 a month (on top of the the current PS stuff) if I want the CC version?
Depends what you need from the Creative Suite. For folks who use only Lr and Ps, they are $9.99/mo together. It's actually a good deal if you compare to the cost of routine upgrades to both Ps and Lr. What it lacks is a path for those who want to get off the upgrade treadmill. If you stop paying, you lose access to the software. Versus perpetual licenses, where you have use of the last version you bought, for as long as it will run on the hardware.
Ah. I think it wants me to buy LR, but I'll go see what I can figure... I'm happy with the $10 a month thing. Works for me. (I spend more than that a week on coffee!)
Update - it appears to be installing. Will have to see if it works after that! :-)
