Hello everyone. Greg gregoryband my trip is taking shape and I can let you know some more details about dates and places we're staying. Unfortunately we can't plan for all our stops to include weekends, although every day being a Saturday or a Sunday wouldn't be a bad thing. lol
We'll be staying at College Station TX from Sept 10 - 13 (inclusive). We will have a car whilst in TX. We then drive north to Fort Worth/Dallas for Sept 14 & 15 before flying to MO.
Staying at West Plains, MO from Sept 16 - 19.
Staying at One Washington Circle, Foggy Bottom, Washington DC from Sept 20 - 24. We won't have a car but have been assured the public transport is great in DC. Hoping to also get to Georgetown from this locale as well.
Staying at Burlington South VT from Sept 25 - 27. Will also have a car during this stay.
We then fly on to Seattle WA on Sept 28 and will be here for five nights till Oct 2 as we fly home again on Oct 3. Hoping we can easily get around using public transport in WA.
We'd love to meet as many people from DPC as possible. Sandy sandyp has mentioned organizing something around Austin area in TX. Anne annig is helping us gtg with a few more people in VT. If the dates suit people in the DC area please stay in touch. Also anyone in Seattle or nearby who'd like to meet up would be great too. Happy to receive suggestions for great photo ops in any of these places too. :-)
Dang, I'll be in Maui when you're in Seattle. To bad, I am by far the coolest DPC member in the greater Seattle Metropolitan area. Art Roflmao is the sexiest but I am the coolest.
That's a bummer Jason :( We were tossing up whether to stop via WA or Hawaii on our way home and after much persuasion from art roflmao that Seattle was better at that time of the year, lol, we were left with no choice. lol
We'll have to catch you on another trip or maybe you can travel down under one of these days. Been a long time since we've had a GTG in Sydney!

Sounds very fattening James. :D I think its a definite addition to our list. Who doesn't love ice cream. Thanks for your kind offer. We actually fly into Houston late on the 9th and will then hire a car and drive to College Station on the 10th. Shame we don't have more time to catch up with you as we're flying out from DFW.
West plains mo is only a couple hours from me..... Maybe less. Just saw Elaine is from Springfield, I'm less than 20 mins from Springfield. Are u flying into Springfield mo ? I generally am ez free on dates... Humm that didn't sound quite what I intended...
Hi Katie. We're staying with some friends down in West Plains. We won't have a car whilst in MO as they've kindly offered to come pick us up from the airport. We're there for four nights so could probably find one day to gtg if you didn't mind the drive down to where we are.
