minimal yes thank you, It may push people who use PS to achieve a result. but any image from the great photographers are created in camera and not with the jiggery pokery.
Minimal
I don't mind and do think this is a particularly good challenge for the rule set. If only I could get rid of the sensor dust spot that has plagued me since I got the camera!!
that is a real problem maybe it is a faulty sensor

Considering the challenge title you should take the shot with a fast lens wide open, so sensor spots won't be a problem :)
I've taken a few pictures but how do I know if it is any good?
An amateur here!
You can ask forum to help you choose the photograph, I believe you have taken the photograph in JPEG format and if not then you cannot submit for this challenge.

sharpen only but can be applied multiple times overdoing it looks bad though...
sharpen your entry using your editing software's sharpen or equivalent option. The use of customizable sharpening tools, such as Unsharp Mask, is not allowed.
I'm in. Minimal is so challenging, I really enjoy the challenge. It makes me think more before pushing the shutter release. It also makes me do more test shots. Probably won't score well but I'm okay with that.
