If it's called 360 Panorama, I downloaded it yesterday as well. Seems to stitch kind of weird. I'll load one up that I took with it, will definitely take some practice. Here's another I took at work with the regular camera pano while at work yesterday.

I did some experimenting on the dogwalk this morning. Hold the camera as close to you as you can & still see the screen. Start with the camera pointed down towards the ground for the first spin. Keep spinning with camera held higher. Spin again with the camera angled more towards the sky. Watch the pano being created on the screen to look for ragged spots, you might have to spin again. Then I have to spin the other way around to untangle the leash. The dog is now worried about my mental health!

For a treat, google 360 panorama & take a look at the images people have created.
Near-180° shot of the bay from the new eastern span of the Bay Bridge past the SF skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge, and continuing past Mt. Tamalpais to Point Richmond ... even the linked "full-sized image" is sized way down ...
How do you get the link to view at full size on the version that complies with size limits?
Put the full size version in your workshop where there are no size limits.
You should be able to upload any size image to any Portfolio folder/gallery; the "photo display page" linked from the thumbnail will show the image resized to 800 pixels, but there should be a link to the full-sized image on the left.
Thank you both, pixelpig and [user]GereralE[/user]. I did put the bigger versions in the panorama folder, but thought that it was a no no to just go ahead and display those in the main thread. It seems then that it is the 800pixel version that is redundant.

It's OK to put the thumbnail or a text link to the full-sized image in the thread — just don't place the full-sized image itself using the [img][/img] tags (fifth button from the right or left); any image placed directly into the forums that way should be kept to 500 pixels wide or less.
ETA: The (possible) advantage of sending them to the 800 pixel photo page first (via thumbnail link) is that they can see any photographer's notes and viewer comments; with a text link directly to the full-sized image they won't ...
