I don't know why there's always someone (in this case, at least two someones) who feel compelled to submit a tasteless entry for every challenge. Last challenge, it was a pile of excrement. I won't describe the two I've already come across in Serendipity so as to preserve their anonymity (not that they deserve it, but because the admins will have MY head for doing so). Go ahead, flame me for being old fashioned or whatever, but I just don't see the point of submitting truly tasteless images. (And yes, I know tasteless is subjective. That said, I can't imagine too many people making a case for a framed 8x10 of excrement.)

Yes, it looks like a free study for the most part.
mine was last minute but I liked the idea & wanted to shoot. I submitted cause I felt like it. I say, screw it. I've been scoring crazy low lately sp what Do I have to loose? Well, other than the one word comments like "huh?" What does that mean? Is it what I am should be saying or what the viewer is saying?

That would have been good, as long as the photo was "artistic", you would have rated high from me.

Thank you both. I had to wait until today to shoot it because my fisherman was only available today.
I also must say that I do believe that a lot of these pictures don't represent serendipity in the way I interpret it, but I am guessing that the "perfect" photo would be seredipitous to the serious photographer so I will be taking that into consideration.
I'm having trouble with rating some of the photos that look the same (money in books, jewels in eggs). Do I rate each one as if I had not seen any of the others, or do I rate them in a curve?
