This sucks.
Put myself up for DQ, and just got it confirmed. It's disappointing because I have a legal photo of the exact same scene. Took a bunch of rule violation shots Friday night and after editing some of the them realized they broke the rules. Set up the scene the next day, except this time took shots which didn't violate the rules. My problem was a put some of the best shots from Friday into the same folder as the legit photos, and when it came time to submit, simply chose the best one thinking I didn't keep any from Friday's shoot there.

Aw man that sucks, you must be gutted... i know i would be.. sorry to hear that, great score as well.
Mine started off not so great but has climbed into the 6's, happy enough if it stays at that.. :)

That stinks, but you're not in that club by yourself. You get some good-guy points for doing the right thing, however.
Knowing there's a rules violation and I'm doing well, I see no point in keeping the entry in the challenge.
To add insult to injury, I even inquired to the council about other edits I made to the photo to make sure they were kosher, than the easiest of all things to avoid happens.

I should clarify in case someone takes that seriously, I added that line after I got the confirmation of DQ from the SC. Just trying to find humor in the situation.
I'm surprised no one did 11,111,111 * 11,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321. It was an idea I was floating around. I thought that one was clever. Making it look good on the other hand was what stopped me from pursuing the idea any further.
