You need to go to their porfolio, pick an image you like, copy the image number and then get back to the post page, click on the thumbnail icon (third from the right), paste the number in there and then post.

You don't have any images for the next person (me in this case) to pick so you'll need to wait a while before you can play this game. And, I believe there is a spam-minimising delay for new users.
